Disclaimer: We received this extract and enquiry from NZTV (TV New Zealand) this week, plus many of our clients have enquired if Delamere Immigration Services (part of the international Delamere Group) are connected to Delamere & Associates Immigration Consultants, in New Zealand.

NZTV News Release: "A former minister for immigration and customs, Tuariki John Delamere, is facing 10 charges of fraud and forgery brought by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), it was revealed yesterday.

Delamere has been charged with seven counts of fraudulent use of a document and three of forgery, Television New Zealand said.

The SFO, which seldom releases information until it gives evidence in court, has not revealed details of the charges. Delamere set himself up as an immigration consultant after losing his parliamentary seat in 1999."

Editor's Note: Clients and site visitors please note that the Delamere Group and its management wish to emphatically point out that this person Tuariki John Delamere who resides in New Zealand is in no way connected with the international Delamere Group or any of its related businesses. We received further updates regarding this case. Mr Delamere was eventually found not guilty of committing any crime.
